A Sender ID (e.g. KOFIPHARM) replaces the phone number at the top of the SMS. Customers recognise you instantly, trust the message more, and open it faster. Ghana’s networks require registration — we do it for you.

Request
From your dashboard, enter your preferred ID (3–11 letters/numbers), your registered business name and what you’ll send.

We register
We submit to MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo on your behalf. We may ask for your business registration certificate.

Approved
Usually within 1–3 working days you pick your ID from a dropdown and every message carries your brand.
Rules the networks enforce
- Maximum 11 alphanumeric characters, no spaces or symbols.
- Must relate to your registered business or brand. Generic words such as INFO, ALERT, PROMO are rejected.
- You may not use the names of banks, telcos, government agencies or other brands you don’t own.
- Recipients cannot reply to an alphanumeric Sender ID — include a phone number or WhatsApp line in your message.
- Abuse (spam, scams, misleading content) leads to immediate suspension under NCA guidelines.
