Tian SMS is a product of Tian Afrik, an Accra-based technology company. Tian Afrik builds digital tools for businesses in Ghana; Tian SMS is its messaging product, bringing Bulk SMS, OTP & verification and USSD services together on one platform that is fast on local networks, priced in cedis, paid for with Mobile Money and supported by people who answer the phone.
One company, one messaging product
Everything you buy and use here — SMS bundles, Sender IDs, OTP, USSD short codes, the dashboard and the API — is Tian SMS. Behind it stands Tian Afrik, which owns the platform, the network connections and the support team. Invoices, receipts and contracts are issued by Tian Afrik; the product you log in to is Tian SMS.

Global SMS gateways route Ghanaian traffic through many hops, bill in dollars and treat MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo as line items on a map. We connect directly to the networks here, so delivery is measured in seconds, not minutes, and failed messages are refunded — not quietly absorbed into your bill.
What we believe
- Clear pricing. One rate for every network, bundles from GH₵ 5 to GH₵ 3,000, no set-up or monthly fees, no contracts.
- Respect for recipients. We enforce opt-outs and NCA guidelines because your Sender ID reputation is your business reputation.
- Data stays in trusted hands. Contacts and messages are encrypted and never sold or shared. We operate in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
