- Untouched bundles: refundable within 7 days of purchase if no unit has been used. Email [email protected] from your account email. Refunds go back to the original MoMo wallet or card within 5 working days, less payment-processor fees.
- Partially used bundles: not refundable. Unused units remain available until the bundle expires.
- Expired units: bundles are valid for 30 days from purchase; units unused at expiry are forfeited and not refundable.
- Failed messages: refunded to your balance automatically — no request needed.
- Accounts suspended for abuse: not eligible for refunds.
- Dedicated USSD short-code fees: paid to the NCA and non-refundable once filed.
